  • Reserve A Room/Schedule An Event

  • There are many rooms and facilities available for small groups or large conferences through the University. Depending on the location and type of event, there are a number of ways to reserve space.
  • As part of your planning process, you may also submit your event/activity information to the online University Events Calendar. To ensure adequate publicity, it is recommended that you submit the information at least four weeks prior to the scheduled date. For security, you will be prompted to sign in with your NetID on the submissions page.
